Vision for Sujalam Bharat Summit 2025

In November 2025, the Union Minister of Jal Shakti inaugurated the Vision for Sujalam Bharat Summit 2025 in New Delhi. The summit follows the vision of the Prime Minister to promote cooperative federalism and evidence-based policymaking. It is part of NITI Aayog’s (National Institution for Transforming India) six national thematic summits. The water sector theme covers rivers, drinking water, sanitation, groundwater, irrigation, and rural–urban water management.
