Blooming Minds’ provides a holistic learning experience for students in classes V to VIII, aligned with State, CBSE, and ICSE syllabuses. It is an output of a year-long research about our school education system and expectations of its stakeholders including employers in India and abroad. The aim is to inculcate an urge in students to learn topics realizing their application life. By adding fun to learning, ‘Blooming Minds’ creates the best educational experience possible. It is an online programme consisting of 111 classes; 81 sessions on subjects and 30 sessions on Personality Development and Global Competency Building; which will be made available to students during Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 7.30pm. Every class will be of 20 minutes duration, and grasping is made easy with visuals. In addition to the online classes, offline sessions will also be conducted for better student-teacher interaction and examinations will be conducted to assess the output of the programme. Then vision is to bring the potential of technology and expertise within the reach of an average household in Kerala and to make their wards confident and globally competent. We believe that our specially trained teachers will open a new spectrum of learning for our students.
I needed something to boost my confidence. This institute really helped me because, with Sunil Sir, it wasn’t just a brief session like most prominent institutions offer. Instead, sessions lasted 3-4 hours, which allowed for a thorough approach. That really helped me focus on every detail and boosted my confidence.
I’m deeply grateful to Civil Service Institute Pala, where I began my Civil Service journey in 2023 with the PCM Full-time batch. Choosing Malayalam as my optional subject here was a great decision, thanks to the guidance of Baby Sir and Davis Sir. The institute’s calm atmosphere, excellent facilities, and supportive peer group also contributed significantly to my preparation.
A major motivation factor in my preparation journey or rather, what kept me rooted in this dream was the Pala Civil Service Institute. I joined here for the foundation course after completing my 10th grade. The classes were held on every second Saturday. The sessions by Arya R. Nair IRS and Jubin Sir were especially interesting.
I did PCM Full time course and Malayalam Optional at the beautiful green campus of CSIP. I express my heartfelt gratitude to the Institute for helping me to clear Civil Service Examination.
I had attended the full- time course at Pala. I made extensive use of all the resources provided by the Institute. The study atmosphere and the reading facilities helped me boost my preparation.
CSIP offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere and comfortable reading spaces that immensely helped in my intial stages of preparation. Baby sir’s and Davis sir’s classes instilled confidence and interest in me to take up Malayalam optional and soon it became my comfort zone amidst the tiring preparation process.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jubin Sir, who mentored me during my Mains preparation. I am really impressed with the Malayalam optional classes and the test series of CSIP.
It is the intensive study plan of Pala Civil Service Institute that helped me to cover syllabus on time and clear Prelims. The mentorship, reading room and library were also very supportive.
