Rabi-Track RIVER App • The Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Veterinary Education and Research (RIVER) launched the ‘Rabi-Track RIVER App’ on World Rabies Day 2025. • The app was developed in collaboration with the Atal Incubation Centre, Puducherry Technological University. • It aims to strengthen rabies surveillance and reporting systems. • The initiative underscores the adoption of the ‘One Health’ approach, integrating human, animal, and environmental health for rabies prevention and control. • It contributes to India’s national goal of eliminating rabies by 2030 in alignment with the global “Zero by 30” target.
