Our Campus Policy :

We keep our campus clean and beautiful. We welcome visitors during working hours. We do not allow unauthorized persons to enter our campus. We park vehicles only on designated places on the campus. Wandering through the campus is discouraged.

The campus of Civil Service Institute is situated adjacent to the campus of St. Thomas College, Palai. The campuses of the two institutions have been separated by fencing, for the administrative convenience of both institutions as well as for the safety and security of students. Students of Civil Service Institute are permitted to enter the campus of St. Thomas College for commuting to St. Thomas Hostel (Pastoral Institute). College authorities have, however, informed that they are happy to open their facilities for our students, provided prior permission is sought by the Institute. Our campus policy is to cooperate with this arrangement and follow the guidelines.
