General Guidelines for Teachers :

Introduction

The Civil Service Institute, Pala (CSIP) stands as one of the most reputed and visionary institutions in the country, run by the Catholic Church, with a profound mission of shaping and empowering leaders for tomorrow’s India. Rooted in the enduring values of truthfulness, integrity, compassion, and equality, the Institute seeks to form individuals who combine intellectual excellence with moral strength and a deep sense of national commitment. At CSIP, training goes beyond academic instruction—it is a transformative formation that nurtures ethical leaders and nation builders guided by noble principles and inspired by a vision of a just, peaceful, and progressive India. Every faculty member plays a vital role in realizing this mission by being a mentor, role model, and guide who embodies the values and discipline the institution upholds.
