Bishop Mar Joseph Kallarangatt Blesses New Chapel at Pala Civil Service Institute

The newly constructed chapel at the Pala Civil Service Institute was solemnly blessed by Bishop Mar Joseph Kallarangatt during a special dedication ceremony held on the institute campus.
