The Pala Civil Service Institute is a dream come true for hundreds of young men and women who have been enabled to refine and perfect their talents under the care and guidance of the eminent faculty of the institute and the wholehearted support of the management in arranging the best of facilities and infrastructure.

The Arch Diocese of Changanachery, Dioceses of Palai and Kanjirapally took up this challenging task  as a benevolent mission of service to the community  when the success rate of civil service aspirants from Kerala had at one time sunk to abysmal levels. Ever since its inception, the academy has enabled increased success rate for civil service aspirants from Kerala. It is a matter of great pride for me to be associated with an institution , which in the past two and a half decades has facilitated the entry of  375 persons into the Indian Civil Service.

Besides the Civil Service, the alumni have earned for themselves brilliant careers in other fields of excellence too. I wish the Diocese, the Faculty and the students continued excellence and the highest standards of performance in the years to come.
