Solaman

Solaman serves as the Chief Academic Coordinator and faculty member for History and Science & Technology at the Civil Service Institute Pala – Thiruvananthapuram Campus. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and began his professional journey as an Engineer with Cipla Pharmaceuticals. Guided by a strong commitment to public service, he later transitioned into the field of civil services. With over a decade of experience in the Civil Services arena and seven years of dedicated service as a faculty member and mentor, Mr. Solaman has been instrumental in guiding a number of aspirants towards success in the Indian Civil Services Examination. As Chief Academic Coordinator, he plays a key role in designing academic strategies, structuring learning modules, and ensuring a focused and result-oriented approach to preparation.
