Israel’s Operation Wings of Dawn

Israel’s Operation Wings of Dawn evacuated the Bnei Menashe from Mizoram and Manipur. They are Tibeto-Burman people who claim descent from the Tribe of Manasseh, exiled after the Assyrian Exile, later adopting Judaism and observing Sukkot.
